Dear market participants,
RTE is planning an outage on the 400kV line Avelin Gavrelle. According to current planning this will be done from 13-09-2021 until 16/12/2021. Some more information are shared in the cover note, on the deadline and re-comissionning of the lines.
To assess the impact of this outage on cross-border capacity, a so-called Light SPAIC was performed. For seven reference days, the flow-based parameters were recalculated with the outage applied, and compared to the historical values for those days.
The enclosed datasets include the relevant flow-based parameters and the list of selected reference days with their main features. Please see the Cover Note for a description of the datasets.
