[CWE FB MC DA] LIGHT SPAIC PUBLICATION - OUTAGE OF LINE MASTAING - AVELGEM

Dear Market Participants,

RTE and Elia are planning an outage on the 400kV tie-line Mastaing-Avelgem. According to the current planning, this will be done from 21-03-2022 until 16-06-2022. Additional information are shared in the cover note.
To assess the impact of this outage on cross-border capacity, a so-called Light SPAIC was performed. For seven reference days, the flow-based parameters were recalculated with the outage applied, and compared to the historical values for those days.
The enclosed datasets include the relevant flowbased parameters and the list of selected reference days with their main features. Please see the Cover Note for a description of the datasets.
