Dear market participants,
RTE is planning to finalize the project Avelin Gavrelle for the Business Day 16/12/2021 with the commissioning of the 400kV line Avelin – Gavrelle 1 with increased thermal limits. Some more information are shared in the cover note.
To assess the impact of this project on cross-border capacity, a so-called Light SPAIC was performed. For seven reference days, the flow-based parameters were recalculated with the commissioning of the new lines and compared to the historical values for those days.
The enclosed datasets include the relevant flow-based parameters and the list of selected reference days with their main features. Please see the Cover Note for a description of the datasets.
