[CWE FBE MC] Change of reference day for BD 15/06/19

Dear market participants,
TSOs would like to inform that the reference day for BD 15/06/19 will be replaced. The original reference day was 08/06/19. Instead, 01/06/19 will be used as reference day. The reasons for this change is that the decoupling that took place on BD 08/06/19 would provide unrealistic input for the capacity calculation process. TSOs aim to mitigate this by selecting the reference day from the week prior to that.
