[CWE FBE MC] Change of reference flow COBRAcable

Dear market participants,
TenneT TSO B.V. would like to inform on the reference flow for the COBRAcable that will be used in absence of a flow in the reference day for the first days after commercialization of the COBRAcable. We will put a reference flow of 700MW on the COBRAcable in the direction DK1->NL. This will be applicable for all hours for BD 7-9-2019, 8-9-2019 and 10-9-2019. After these days the normal reference day principle will be used.
