[CWE FBE MC] COBRAcable go-live UPDATE

Dear market participants,
TenneT TSO B.V. would like to inform on the new go-live date of the COBRAcable. The new first date of commercialization will be 11-9-2019.
Furthermore we want to inform on the reference flow for the COBRAcable that will be used in absence of a flow in the reference day for the first day and weekend after commercialization of the COBRAcable. We will put a reference flow of 700MW on the COBRAcable in the direction DK1->NL. This will be applicable for all hours for BD 11-9-2019, 14-9-2019 and 15-9-2019. For the other days the normal reference day principle will be used.
