[CWE FBMC] UMM Inconsistencies in fixed ID published

Dear Market Participants,

The CWE TSOs would like to provide you additional information concerning a discrepancy found in some of the published data via the JAO Utility Tool.

Currently, the following publications are done:

- (D-1) 08.30 am à Early publication of presolved FB constraints : “PTDFs_early Publication” sheet

- (D-1) 09.30 am à Presolved FB constraints adjusted to LT nominations : “PTDFs” sheet

- (D-1) 09.30 am à FB parameters adjusted to LT nomination enriched with readable names + RAM breakdown : “ALL_CBCO_Fixed_Labels” sheet

Due to technical issues, we have observed inconsistencies between the fixed IDs published on the different sheets. We would also stress that the sheet with readable names and RAM breakdown (ALL_CBCO_Fixed_Labels) contains the correct IDs.

A fix will be deployed on the 20th of July (D-2), for business day 22th of July, in order to ensure the consistency between the “PTDFs” and “ALL_CBCO_Fixed_Labels”.

However, since the data used for the 8.30 am publication comes from earlier steps in the process, it is not possible at this time to fix the inconsistencies on some of the IDs on the short run. A final and stable solution is under investigation, but a date for deployment of the fix for resolving the inconsistencies cannot be given yet.

Summary:

- “All_CBCO_Fixed_labels” contains the correct IDs

- As from DD/MM, “All_CBCO_Fixed_labels” will be consistent with the “PTDFs” sheet

- “PTDFs_early Publication” sheet cannot be guaranteed to be using consistent IDs
