[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Adaption of CBCO list of Amprion

Amprion would like to inform about the maintenance situation in December, due to the weather events in Germany in July 2021.
Due to the outage situation Amprion will temporarily introduce new CBCO combinations in the CBCO list used for the CWE Flowbased Market Coupling in DA.
