[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Adjustment of TenneT NL's CBCO list

Dear market participants,
We would like to inform you that TenneT's CBCO list will be updated to reflect a temporary configuration change. The circuits:
* [NL-NL] Eemshaven - Meeden 380 Wit (49T000000000004G)
* [NL-NL] Zwolle - Meeden 380 Wit (49T000000000001M)
will be hard-coupled to bypass a fault at Meeden substation. Where they appear as COs, they will be superseded by a single CO covering the outage of both circuits:
* [NL-NL] Zwolle-Meeden-Eemshaven-Eemshaven Oudeschip 380 Wit (49T000000000076S)
Where the circuits appear as CBs, they will remain as CBs under their individual EICs.
The change will take effect from business day 17/07/2020.
