[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Adjustment of TenneT NL's CBCO list

Dear market participants,
We would like to inform you that TenneT's CBCO list will be updated to reflect a temporary configuration change. The circuits:
* [NL-NL] Eemshaven - Meeden 380 Zwart (49T000000000003I)
* [NL-NL] Zwolle - Meeden 380 Zwart (49T000000000002K)
will be hard-coupled to bypass a fault at Meeden substation. Where they appear as COs, they will be superseded by a single CO covering the outage of both circuits:
* [NL-NL] Zwolle-Meeden-Eemshaven-Eemshaven Het Hogeland 380 Zwart (49T000000000104C)
Where the circuits appear as CBs, they will remain as CBs under their individual EICs.
The change will take effect from business day 10/12/2020.
