[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Adjustment of TenneT NL's CBCO list

Dear market participants,

The circuit "Eemshaven - Meeden 380 Zwart" (49T000000000003I) has been modified into a tripod by the addition of a transformer at Eemshaven Het Hogeland. To represent this as accurately as possible for capacity calculation purposes, we are splitting the branch into two elements:

* Eemshaven - Eemshaven Het Hogeland 380 Zwart (49T000000000105A)

* Eemshaven Het Hogeland - Meeden 380 Zwart (49T0000000001068)

 

This also means that the combined CO "Zwolle-Meeden-Eemshaven-Eemshaven Het Hogeland 380 Zwart" (49T000000000104C) now contains 3 circuits instead of 2.

See the attached spreadsheet for details. The changes will apply from BD 16-1-2021. Our apologies for this somewhat confusing grid situation.
