[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Adjustment of thermal rating of Critical Network Elements

Dear market parties,
As of business day 01-11-2020 the thermal ratings of TenneT NL's Critical Network Elements (CNE) used in flow-based market coupling have been changed to winter limits. Please find attached a list of the affected CNEs with their old and new ratings.
