[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Announcement on change in publication names

Dear Market Participants,
In a previous common CWE TSOs message, we were mentioning that there were some limitations on BE CBCO publication names for transparence. We want to inform you that those minor issues (as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the document “20190925 Further information transprency release & backfill.docx”) are solved. This fix is be applied from delivery day 10/12/2019 (day-ahead market coupling 12/12/2018) for the CWE day-ahead Flow-Based market coupling.
