[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Announcement on change in publication names

Dear Market Participants,

TenneT TSO B.V. want to inform you on the change in publication name due to the project "Zuid-West 380kV". First step of this project is integration of 380kV-substation "Rilland" in the tie-line "Borssele – Zandvliet 380 Grey/29" (10T-BE-NL-00003E). After the planned outage period of "Borssele - Zandvliet Grey" this line will be replaced by "Borssele – Rilland 380 Grijs" and "Rilland – Zandvliet 380 Grey/29". This split will not have an impact on the reference flow on the lines. Therefore there will be no change in the current set of CBCOs with this first step of the integration of 380kV-substation Rilland. In CBCO set we will only replace the current tie-line to the new tie-line with publication name updated to "[NL-BE] Rilland - Zandvliet 380 Grey/29". The EIC will remain the same.

In preparation for the go-live next week we will change the name already this week and could therefore also be visible in the publications.
