In the context of the Clean Energy Package Elia initiated a parallel run with as primary objective to stabilize its implementation of the minimum 70% capacity requirement.
The results of this parallel run are expressed as the FB domain parameters for the BE grid elements participating to the day ahead capacity calculation process, and can be consulted on a dedicated page on the JAO website
