[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] announcement on TenneT TSO B.V. parallel run for CEP

Dear Market Participants,
In the context of the Clean Energy Package TenneT TSO B.V. initiated a parallel run with as primary objective to stabilize its implementation of Regulation (EU) 2019/943, part of the Clean Energy Package.
The results of this parallel run are expressed as the FB domain parameters for the NL grid elements participating to the day ahead capacity calculation process, and can be consulted on a dedicated page on the JAO website.
