[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Change on Thermal rating for the Dutch grid

TenneT TSO B.V. want to inform you about a change in the Imax rating (thermal limit) due to grid investments of the following lines starting on BD 24/02/2019:
Maasbracht-Eindhoven W (49T0000000000290): Imax will be increased from 2500A to 2800A
Maasbracht-Eindhoven Z (49T000000000030F): Imax will be increased from 2500A to 2800A
