CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling - Changes in Fmax rates of the French internal lines

RTE would like to inform you that the Fmax rates (thermal limits of the overhead lines) of the French internal lines are going to be set to the “Interseason” regime from the delivery day 11/04/2016 at 8 am (market coupling day 10/04/2016) until 20/05/2016. In the enclosed file (“Fmax changes_RTE_20160411.xlsx”), you will find the Fmax variation of each internal French CBCO (with the corresponding fixed ID numbers). The Fmax variation is calculated from the current Winter rates as follow: (Interseason F _max - Winter F _max )/(Winter F _max )
