[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Changes in seasonal Fmax rates of the French internal lines

Dear Market Participants, RTE would like to inform you that the Fmax rates (thermal limits of the overhead lines) of the French internal lines have been set to the “Summer” regime from the delivery day 21/05/2016 at 8 am (market coupling day 20/05/2016) until the delivery day 30/09/2016. In the enclosed file (“Fmax changes_RTE_20160521.xlsx”), you will find the Fmax variation of each internal French CBCO (with the corresponding fixed ID numbers). The Fmax variation is calculated from the current Interseason rates as follow: (Summer F _max - Interseason F _max ) / (Interseason F_max ) Best regards
