[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling]: Changes on Thermal rating of Critical Network Elements

Dear Market Participants,

 

The seasonal thermal limits (Fmax) of certain lines, which are also critical network elements in the CWE FB MC, will be changed to winter limits on Business Day 02.11.2021.

 

Following lines are impacted:

 

[D4-D7] Daxlanden - Weingarten gelb

[D4-D7] Dellmensingen - Voehringen gruen

[D4-FR] Eichstetten - Muhlbach 1 rot

[D2-D4] Grafenrheinfeld - Stalldorf 416 rot

[D4-CH] Kuehmoos - Laufenburg braun

[CH-D4] Laufenburg - Trossingen rot

 

You can find the relative change in Fmax in the attached table. The relative change is calculated as follows:

 

Fmax change = (New_Fmax – Old_Fmax)/Old_Fmax
