[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Changes on Thermal rating in the grid of German TSOs Dear Market Parties, We want to inform you about a change in the Fmax values for German internal lines due to the application of summer thermal limits. Beginning with Business day 05/04/2017 the Fmax values for certain CBCOs used for FB calculation change as indicated in the attached excel sheet. The formula to indicate the changes is calculated as follows: r=(F_max_new - F_max_old)/F_max_old Best regards CWE TSOs
