[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Commissioning of a new internal Critical Network Element

Dear market participants,

The new 400kV line Avelin – Gavrelle 2 is expected to be put into operation on Business Day 19/11/2021. As this line will be a new Critical Network Element for the CWE Day-Ahead Capacity Calculation, please find below its publication name and EIC code.

As described in the message published by RTE on JAO on 07/09/2021, the 400kV line Avelin – Gavrelle 1 will still be in outage until 16/12/2021 before being put into operation with increased thermal limits. Therefore it was decided to perform for this date a unique light SPAIC for this new nominal configuration (both 400kV lines Avelin – Gavrelle 1 and Avelin – Gavrelle 2 in operation).

Please find enclosed a file with the physical limits (Imax and Fmax) of this new line.
