[CWE Flow based Market Coupling] Decrease of FAV for some specific lines

Dear Market Parties, Since the delivery date 01/09/2016, FAV of 200MW has been applied on the following lines (see “impacted-ids[1].xlsx”). After careful evaluation, it is decided to decrease the FAV by 50 MW beginning with business day 07/10/2016. Best regards, CWE Transmission System Operators
