[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Deletion of the French external constraints

Dear Market Participants, RTE would like to inform you that the French external constraints will no longer be applied from delivery day 13/04/2017 (day-ahead market coupling 12/04/2017) for the CWE day-ahead Flow-Based market coupling. This means that import/export constraints of France will not limit commercial exchanges in CWE anymore. Best regards, RTE
