[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] information on modification of thermal ratings due to extra summer

Dear Market participants,
Elia Transmission Belgium would like to inform you that based our best temperature forecast, the static Fmax rates (thermal limits of the overhead lines) of the Belgian critical branches will remain to the summer regime (instead of going to inter-season) for business day 16 September 2020.
Fmax rates values considered in the CWE flowbased capacity calculation can be found via : http://utilitytool.jao.eu/
