[ [CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Information on start backfill historical CBs

Dear market participants,

With the transparency release in October 2019, transparency on CWE grid elements is secured (click here for more information on the transparency release).

This message is to inform you that CWE TSOs have initiated the backfilling of historical CBs in order to provide a consistent set of data on JAO platform, in line with the transparency release. The backfill process will take about 8 months.

CWE TSOs started with publication of the flows for the period 01/10/18 until 30/09/19 in the JAO Utility Tool, in reverse chronological order (i.e. moving backwards in time, so from 30/09/2019 to 01/10/2018). The publication of this first period is foreseen to be finished 20/03/20.

The publication in the Utility Tool is replaced by the updated publication flows, thus replacing the anonymized names by human readable ones. The following columns on each tab in the Utility Tool changed:

· OutageName

· EIC_Code

· CriticalBranchName

· EIC_Code

After the first publication, republication of the periods before 01/10/18 will continue gradually until the backfill is completed back to 20/05/15.
