[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Light SPAIC publication - Outage Meeden-Diele

Dear market participants,

TenneT is planning two outages on the 380 kV Meeden-Diele interconnector (one for each of the parallel circuits). According to current planning, the circuit Meeden-Diele 380 kV Black will be out from 06-04-2021 through 28-05-2021; Meeden-Diele 380 kV White from 31-05-2021 through 23-07-2021.

To assess the impact of this outage on cross-border capacity, a so-called Light SPAIC was performed. For seven reference days from the period 19-01-2021 – 16-02-2021, the flow-based parameters were recalculated with the outage applied, and compared to the historical values for those days.

The enclosed datasets include the flow-based parameters and the list of selected reference days with their main features. Please see the Cover Note for a description of the datasets.
