[CWE ID ATC after FBMC] Changes of local tooling

Dear Market Participants,
Beginning with 24.09.2018 (business day 25.09.2018) Amprion will make use of a new tool for validating intraday increase requests.
This new tool validates all hourly capacity increase requests simultaneously based on the latest available DACF/IDCF data.
The validation is performed by translating the shift in netpositions by using PTDFs.
The evaluation for all CWE borders results in either accepting the entire increase request, or in partially acceptance on specific borders, or declining the entire increase request.
