[CWE ID ATC after FBMC] Stop of publication of DA leftover capacities on Utility Tool

Dear market participants,

In response to the ACER decision for the ID CZ GOT to be at 15h00 D-1, CWE TSOs assessed the need to update CWE processes and publication.

To be compliant with ACER decision, CWE TSOs provide 0 ID ATC to XBID at 15h00 D-1.

To be compliant with the requirements of the transparency regulation CWE TSOs need to publish these capacities (0 ID ATC values) at 14h00 D-1 on the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform. In this context and to avoid inconsistencies, CWE TSOs decided to stop current publication of DA leftovers at JAO (Utility tool) at the same time.

The above solution was implemented as of 26/03.

Capacities available for intraday trading via XBID will be published on the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform according to the requirements of the transparency regulation.
