[CWE] Restoration testing programme on August 4th and 5th 2018

In accordance with Article 56 para. 1. and 2. of Commission Regulation 2017/1485 (system operation guideline) Transmission System Operator (TSO) Amprion GmbH is going to operate a restoration testing programme on August 4th and 5th 2018. The objective of this testing programme is a validation of operational measures of restoration plans.
During the test, it is possible that the capacities of the CWE FB market coupling are impacted due to the specific grid topology.
