CWE - Urgent Market Message: advance information on possible exclusion of lines 20% minRAM application

Dear market participant,
For business day 2020-08-13, following the security assessments it was concluded by Amprion that it cannot be completely excluded that Amprion will have to reject or reduce the application of MinRAM for all critical branches of Amprion including cross-zonal branches of Amprion. The hours <09-10 and 19-20> are potentially impacted. Thorough investigations aiming at enabling MinRAM application will last until the publication of final flow-based parameters. The pre-final flow based parameters will be calculated under the assumption that MinRAM application will be enabled.
