Daily auctions on Bulgaria-Greece and Bulgaria Serbia bidding zone borders

Dear Market Participants,

JAO SA hereby informs you that two additional auction rules have been published in the Auction Rules section in the Resource Center of the JAO SA website.

1. Daily Capacity Allocation on Bulgaria – Greece Border (Note: Currently pending regulatory approval in Greece)
and
2. Rules for explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border Bulgaria-Serbia (Note: Currently pending regulatory approval in Serbia)

Consequently the registration is now open for these two daily auctions – The first auctions being run on 31.12.2018 for delivery day 01.01.2019.

For already registered Market Participants at JAO SA: Please submit Amendment No. 5 to the Participation Agreement (two originally signed hardcopies) and refer to the relevant rules on page 2.

For Market Participants not yet registered with JAO SA: Please submit the latest version of the Participation Agreement (two originally signed hardcopies) and refer to the relevant rules in Attachment 1.
