Daily/Intraday/Shadow Allocation Rules and Registration for Participation

Dear Market Participants, We are happy to inform you that the Rules for Daily Capacity Allocation on borders of CEE region and borders Croatia-Hungary and Croatia-Slovenia, rules for Daily Capacity Allocation on Swiss Borders and Italy – Greece Border, Allocation Rules for Intraday Capacity Allocation on North Italian Borders and Shadow Allocation Rules have been published by us considering completion of the NRAs approval process for relevant Bidding Zone borders (hereinafter referred as “Additional Rules” in sense of the valid Participation Agreement). The Additional Rules are available at http://www.jao.eu/ResourceCenter/Overview - “Allocation Rules” on the left side menu. In relation to above mentioned we inform you that: •Parties already registered by JAO according to Participation Agreement published on 6 November 2015 for EU HAR or being in process of registration and interested in participation in auctions organized according to “Additional Rules” listed above are asked to provide us with completed and signed 2 exemplars of the Amendment No. 1 to Participation Agreement published by us. •Parties considering to initiate registration with JAO are asked to use new version of Participation Agreement (consolidating the registration for EU HAR and Additional Rules) and provide additional documents necessary for registration as required according to information on our website. The Amendment No. 1 to Participation Agreement is available at http://www.jao.eu/ResourceCenter/Overview - “Registration Documents” on the left side menu.
