Detection of storm event for 16/02/2020 with possible impact on offshore wind parks power production in Belgian control area

Dear Market Participants,
Please be informed that our wind forecast has indicated a possible storm event which could result in a (sudden) power reduction on offshore wind turbines located in the North Sea connected to the Belgian control area. The forecasted storm event is currently foreseen from 15/02/2020 23h00 to 16/02/2020 13h00 with a maximum production drop of 575 MW.
