Detection of storm event for 21/01/2021 with possible impact on offshore wind parks power production in Belgian control area

Dear Market Participants,
Please be informed that our wind forecast has indicated a possible storm event which could result in a (sudden) power reduction on offshore wind turbines located in the North Sea connected to the Belgian control area. The forecasted storm event is currently foreseen on January the 21st from 01h30 to 03h15 with a maximum production drop of 200 MW.
