Detection of storm event for 21/05/2021 with possible impact on offshore wind parks power production in Belgian control area

Dear Market Participants,
Please be informed that our wind forecast has indicated a possible storm event which could result in a (sudden) power reduction on offshore wind turbines located in the North Sea connected to the Belgian control area. The forecasted storm event is currently foreseen from 11h45 to 23h30 with a maximum production drop of 526 MW.
