eCAT system update

Following the information communicated by us on 6 January 2016 and considering a feedback we received in past we inform you we plan to deploy a new version of the auction tool today on 28/01/2016 in the afternoon hours aligning a contract ID in the Allocation Results document and in the Rights Documents/Programming Authorizations distributed by eCAT. This alignment will be introduced where possible, i.e. everywhere except for long-term Right Documents where Rights Documents include merged transmission rights allocated in yearly and monthly auctions. New eCAT version includes also adjustments of system behaviour related to acceptance/rejection of the bids provided between the pre-bidding and bidding phase gate closures as notified by us on 15 January 2016.
