EirGrid REMIT messages on JAO REMIT portal

Starting from 11th of July 2022, EirGrid will begin issuing REMIT messages for the East West Interconnector on the JAO REMIT portal.
JAO is an EU listed platform, which will be used alongside the Elexon REMIT portal (UK) as per licence requirements
