Financial Agreement update

Dear Market Participants,

We would kindly like to inform you that our Financial Agreement has been amended. The updates concern:

• Article 3 (c) clarification according to HAR regarding the payment process to the Corporate Account for remunerations and compensation provided to the Registered Participant.
• Article 4 (b,e,f) introduction of the new solution for initiating Funds Transfer through the ING Inside Business Payment module.
• Article 4 (g) regarding the Business Account closure for the negative balances.
