Financial Agreement update

Dear Market Participants,

We would kindly like to inform you that our Financial Agreement has been amended. The updates concern:

  • Article 4 (g) clarification according to HAR regarding the closure of the Business Account after 15 months of inactivity.
  • Article 6 introduction of a right set-off by applying all or part of the Collateral against any outstanding Secured Liabilities.
  • Article 10 (b) clarification of JAO's liability in the case of the bankruptcy of the Account Bank

For the registered Market Participants, no further actions are required as per Article 14 of the Financial Agreement.

The updated financial agreement is available on JAO’s website.
