HAR Public Consultation Announcement

Dear Market Participants,
All TSOs published a consultation with their proposal for amendments of the methodology ‘Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights’.
The consultation period runs from the 2nd of January to the 2nd of February.
The amendments are driven by the biennial HAR update. The main changes in the document entail (1) MTU-related changes; (2) changes related to Registration; (3) Refusal of application, suspension, termination; (4) Clarification on prices; (5) Price cap publication; (6) Financial-related changes; and (7) Additional clarifications and corrections.
All interested parties are invited to submit their responses by 02/02/2025 23:59 CET via the ENTSO-E consultation page.
