Harmonization CWE ID ATC publication timing

Dear Market Participants, Elia and TenneT TSO B.V. would like to inform you of an update of the publication, CWE ID ATC GO Live_All Borders.pdf on the Joint Allocation Office website http://www.jao.eu, concerning the Central West Europe intraday ATC capacity calculation process (CWE ID ATC CC) after Flow-Based Market Coupling (FBMC) for all CWE bidding zone borders. This update reflects the harmonization of the publication timings of intraday Available Transfer Capacity for Market Time Period (MTP) (00->05:00) as described in annex of the mentioned document. The harmonization of the publication timing of ID ATC for all CWE bidding zone borders will be implemented on the Belgium-Dutch bidding zone border on 04th of October for Business day 05th of October. The harmonization is implemented on the Belgium-Dutch bidding zone border at the same time as the implementation of « Intraday Quick-Wins » project. The coordination of the implementation with the « Intraday Quick-Wins » project allows introducing these harmonized timings regarding the publication of ID ATCs without reducing the response time of market players for requesting capacity on the intraday market for the first gate and as such minimize the nuisance of this harmonization for market players.
