Important information about eCAT unavailability – planned maintenance 14/04

Dear Market Participant,

 

We would like to inform you that we will be upgrading the technology of our auction tool (eCAT6) on 14/04/2021.

 

This new release would require an important deployment and consequently, our auction tool would not be available from 14/04/2021 at 4 pm CEST to 15/04/2021 at 2 am CEST.

 

Auctions running into that timeframe would be reschedule prior the deployment and we will be sharing soon the new timings.

 

Please note that following this deployment, the new required browser are Google Chrome 88 or later, and Mozilla Firefox 78.6.0 ESR or later.

 

We invite you to ensure that you have uploading a valid authentication certificate into your browser prior login into eCAT6, in order to reach the login page.
