IMPORTANT information on Collaterals

Dear Market Participants,
We would like to remind you that according to Article 25 of the Harmonized Allocation Rules your collateral(s) shall always be sufficient to secure your next payment to JAO.
As of 23/03/2023, for any failure to remedy the collateral incident notification within two Working Days, JAO will reserve the right to suspend your access to the auction tool in accordance with Article 71,1. (b) of the Harmonized Allocation Rules, without relief from the relating payment obligation.
