Important Notice: Temporary Fallback Due to Technical Issue on Offered Capacity during Maintenance Period

Dear Market Participants,

We are writing to inform you of a technical issue that may affect the calculation of offered capacity during maintenance periods. To address this matter in accordance with Article 49.2 of the Harmonized Allocation Rules (HAR) and the corresponding articles of Allocation Rules, we have implemented the following temporary measures:

  1. Offered Capacity Adjustments: If it is determined that the offered capacity during the maintenance period is incorrect, we will issue a market message to notify you of the adjusted offered capacity. This updated information will also be available in the message section of our website.
  2. Re-evaluation of Auction Results During Maintenance: Following the publication of auction results, we will conduct a reassessment of the allocated rights for the maintenance period. Any necessary adjustments will be made accordingly.
  3. Updated Auction Results: Revised auction results will be provided to all affected market participants once the re-evaluation is complete.

Please be assured that we are taking all necessary steps to resolve this issue permanently. In the interim, these temporary measures will remain in effect to ensure the accuracy of capacity allocation.
