We introduce JAO Support Hub - the new ticketing platform in three phases:

 

Phase 1 – Until 20.02.2026
Both the new JAO Support Hub and the current service desk will be available and fully functional. However, we kindly encourage you to start opening new cases/tickets in the new portal.

Phase 2 – From 21.02.2026 until 27.02.2026
During this period, you will still be able to comment on your existing open tickets in the current service desk. New requests, however, can only be submitted via the JAO Support Hub.

Phase 3 – Starting from 28.02.2026
The current service desk will no longer be accessible. All existing tickets/cases will be migrated to the JAO Support Hub, where you can continue managing them without interruption.
