Increase of the Belgian External Constraint

Dear Market participants,
We would like to inform you that the reference value for of the Belgian External Constraint will no longer be 6000MW, but 6500MW.
As communicated in our message of 13 February 2019, we remind you that this value is adjusted to take the expected physical flow on the Nemo Link Interconnector into account.
This change will be applicable from delivery day 18th November 2020 (day-ahead market coupling 17/11/2020) for the CWE day-ahead Flow-Based market coupling.
Last update of the ELIA Transmission Belgium regarding the Belgian External Constraint was made on 23 May 2019.
