In accordance with article 9 of the Harmonised allocation rules for long‐term transmission rights in accordance with Article 51 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation, and in order to ensure appropriate security and efficiency of the services offered by our platform, we invite you to review that all data and other information provided to us is accurate and up to date.

Therefore, in the event of any changes, please let us know by opening a ticket to our JIRA service desk platform (https://servicedesk.jao.eu ) and submitting the relevant form(s) available on the JAO website > Support > Resource center > Registration

- For Participation agreement, please use the “Modification Request” form

- For any changes regarding users of the eCAT platform (setup, modification, deletion), please use the “User Account Form”. In this framework, we remind you that a Power of Attorney for Set up/Modification of the User account is available, allowing to have someone within your company being able to request user account changes without requiring systematically signatures from the representatives of your company. This form is named Power of attorney for user accounts and is also available on the registration section of our website.
