For information - Possible delay in CWE FB IDCC implementation

Dear representatives of CWE MPs,
CWE TSOs would like to inform you on a possible delay in the implementation of CWE flow-based intraday capacity calculation.
This delay is caused by internal and external issues (dependences with other projects) to prepare for the external parallel run, which was foreseen to start in February 2018.
The exact duration of the delay as well as its impact on the current planning and possible scenarios to mitigate the issues are being assessed by CWE TSOs. For now, CWE TSOs anticipate a delay of up to six months.
An updated planning is expected by the end of 2017 and will be communicated to you as soon as possible when available.
