Introduction of 2 Factor Authentication in JIRA service desk platform

Dear Market Participants,

Following the communication from 19/09/2022 about upcoming security upgrade, we would like to inform you thatTwo Factor Authentication (2FA) to access our Service desk has been successfully deployed.

To enable stronger protection of your customer data, all current users of our Service desk are required to configure their preferred 2FA method – either through an authenticator application that generates one-time passwords (OTPs) or over email.

The 2FA configuration is required automatically for each user, by following your current way of accessing our Service desk with your user name and password.
